What's new in FlyWheel — August 2026
Two weeks of work, mostly about finding new customers who look like your good ones.
Lookalike audiences on Meta, Google, and TikTok
You can now ask your agent to build a lookalike audience from a customer list or an existing audience, on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. It’s the cheapest prospecting move most small accounts aren’t using: take the people who already bought, and go and find more of them.
Two things it will stop you doing, because both quietly cost money. You can’t build a lookalike from another lookalike, which drifts further from your real customers with every generation. And on Google, lookalikes only actually deliver in Demand Gen campaigns. Attach one to a Search or Display ad group and it will sit there looking fine while reaching nobody, so your agent now warns you instead of letting it run.
Reddit and X can’t build lookalikes automatically at all. Ask, and you’ll be told where the capability really lives rather than getting an error: on Reddit that means building it by hand in Ads Manager, and on X it’s a targeting option rather than a saved audience.
Reddit finds out what happened after the click
If you run Reddit ads, Reddit has been optimising on clicks alone. It now hears about what those clicks turned into: signups, booking requests, and confirmed calls all get reported back automatically.
That gives Reddit’s optimisation real outcomes to learn from, and it makes the numbers in Reddit’s own reporting worth reading. Nothing is reported for visitors who didn’t arrive from a Reddit ad.
Your agent stops handing you deleted campaigns
If a campaign was created and later deleted, your agent could be given the old id again and carry on as though it still existed. That’s fixed across every platform, so what you get back now reflects what’s actually in your ad account.
Smaller things
- Connecting TikTok shows a proper page instead of an error when it isn’t configured yet.
- On X: website cards, city-level location targeting, and large video uploads all work now, and errors come back in full rather than showing you the first problem and hiding the rest.
- Your agent can look up X targeting options instead of guessing at them, and won’t switch on an ad with no targeting at all.
- The platforms list on the site now matches reality: Reddit, Google Ads, Meta, and X are live, TikTok is built and waiting on app review, LinkedIn is next.
Next up is more depth on the platforms that are already live rather than a race to add more logos. As always, everything your agent creates ships paused, so you can look at it before it spends anything — the same habit as checking budgets weekly rather than after the invoice.
Prospecting from your best customers is a good job for an agent, and a bad one to do unsupervised. FlyWheel gives your AI agent one MCP surface across Reddit, Google Ads, Meta, and X, with every tool call logged, and new campaigns shipped paused by default. Get started with FlyWheel.
