Terms of service

These are the terms under which you use the FlyWheel marketing site (flywheelagents.com) and join the FlyWheel waitlist. They are in effect as of 16 May 2026.

1. Acceptance & changes

By using the site or submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to these terms. We may update them by posting a new version to this page. Material changes will be announced via email to active users.

2. What FlyWheel is, and what it isn't (yet)

FlyWheel is in private beta. The flywheelagents.com site is a pre-launch marketing surface and waitlist. By joining the waitlist you register interest in the beta; no product is being offered for sale on this site, no payment is being taken, and no contract for service is being formed beyond the waitlist relationship.

The private-beta product (FlyWheel MCP server, accessed via connector.flywheelagents.com) is governed by a separate agreement provided on invitation.

3. Waitlist communication consent

By submitting your email to the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from FlyWheel about the beta, product updates, and onboarding. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or emailing hello@flywheelagents.com. We will not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

4. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us about FlyWheel becomes non-confidential and you grant FlyWheel a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute it without compensation or attribution. (This is a standard clause that protects us from later disputes about who originated an idea.)

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically extract content from the site
• Access the site by automated means except via published, documented endpoints
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the site
• Use the site to send spam, phishing, malware, or other malicious content
• Use the site in violation of applicable law

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, design, code, the FlyWheel name and any associated wordmarks) is owned by FlyWheel and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it except as needed to view the site in a standard web browser, or as part of fair-use commentary and review.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyWheel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to GBP 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
